Abstract
These Instructions, consisting of 7 articles, aim at improving the management of the natural parks and reserves. The use of protected areas or national parks by individuals or groups shall be prohibited without approval of the competent authority for the management of the reserve or the national park (art.3). Main actions not allowed are: (i) entry to the reserve without official permission; (ii) grazing within the boundaries of the protected area without official permission; (iii) hunting or cutting trees or collecting wildlife; (iv) lighting fires in unauthorized areas; (v) stealing or taking any pieces of effects of the protected area; (vi) waste disposal; (vii) contaminating the water sources; (viii) water pumping, drilling of wells or mining; (ix) affect the nature of the surrounding area of the reserve; (x) leave waste. The entry fee shall be doubled if any person enters for tourism without official permit.
