Abstract
This standard pertains to wheat flour intended for consumer purchase or use in food products. Article 4 addresses the standard requirements, including natural properties, the presence of impurities of animal origin, and the purity of the components. Vitamins and minerals may be added following the Ministry's guidelines. Food additives must comply with Jordanian Standard No. 94. Article 5 specifies the optional ingredients that can be added for technological purposes. Article 7 outlines packaging regulations to safeguard human health and preserve the nutritional value of the products. Additionally, labeling requirements are detailed in Article 8.
