Abstract
The provisions of this Order are applicable to the varieties of plants specified in Annex No. 1 attached to this Order. The requested fees are specified in annex No. 2. The Minister of Agriculture shall issue instructions specifying the versions of the approved forms for the submission of requests, objections, notifications, communications, statements and any other document to be presented in accordance with the provisions of this order. The Order sets forth details of the procedure of the registration process.
