Abstract
This Law consists of 15 Chapters divided into 69 articles. Chapter I deals with duties, competencies and responsibilities of the Ministry of Public Health. Chapter II provides for practicing medicine and the sanitary professions. Chapter III pertains to hospitals and private clinics. Chapter IV relates to mental hygiene and addiction.
