Regulation on the licensing of secondary food additives of 2011.

This Regulation sets forth the licensing for secondary food additives. Article 2 provides for some definitions and terms. Article 3 prohibits the trade of food additives unless authorized by an entitled institution. If food additives are proven to be a danger to human health it will be immediately withdrawn from the market .Article 5 provides for the documents needed to apply for licenses for secondary food additives.
