Abstract
This Regulation comprising 11 articles provides guidelines for structuring inspection procedures for economic activities. Regulatory reference bodies must consider the inspector's academic qualifications, training, personal qualities, and proficiency in administrative, behavioral, linguistic, and computer skills when selecting them (article 3) and determine the conditions and qualifications of inspectors and establish their own technical classification (article 4). Under article 6, inspectors are required to fulfill their duties in accordance with laws and regulations, utilize their skills effectively, collaborate with economic entities, maintain confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest, conduct inspections lawfully, and ensure they do not disrupt economic activities, while also adhering to uniform and identification display protocols. The regulatory authority must support inspectors by providing comprehensive training, specifying inspection procedures and documents, arranging transportation, supplying necessary equipment including computers, issuing identification cards, ensuring safety, and providing inspection tools (article 8).
