Regulation No. 43 of 2023 - Food Security Council Regulations issued pursuant to Article 120 of the Constitution.

These Regulations, consisting of six articles, aim to establish a Council for Food Security at the Ministry of Agriculture. Chaired by the Minister and comprising Ministers and ministerial officials, the Council's key responsibilities include reviewing and issuing national policies, coordinating institutions in the food security field, providing support for activities and programs, enhancing regional cooperation, generating information and data through research and studies, producing an annual report, and studying legislation and budget programs related to food security.
