Regulation No. 73 of 2012 on organizing the energy system and improve its efficiency and save it.

This Regulation provides for the organization of the energy saving system and the improvement of energy efficiency. It is composed of 13 articles. Article 2 deals with terms and definitions. Article 3 provides for the rule of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in improving the efficiency of energy use and cooperating with other institutions to set policies to rationalize energy consumption and encourage investment in the field of energy conservation. The Regulation deals with licensing issues of energy audit services and equipment.
