Abstract
This Amendment, comprising three articles, modifies the original Regulation by adjusting the commencement date and inserting a provision in Article 16. This provision mandates that for high-risk projects involving hazardous substances or wastes at any stage, the environmental impact assessment must include risk assessment, management, and an emergency plan.
