Regulation No. (Z/10) of 2011 about instructions of licensing of animal feed evaporators.

This Regulation is composed of 19 articles and it provides for the licensing process and the instructions of setting up animal feed evaporators . Article 2 deals with terms and definitions including the definition on an evaporator which is a facility that is licensed to sterilize animal feed using gases and in this case Vapors to ensure they are free from diseases and from plant quarantine pests. Article 3 states that the Ministry of Agriculture has established a follow-up committee which will make sure the fumigation and technical operations are up to the standards set by the provisions of this Regulation. Article 4 states that license requests should be submitted to the Department of Animal Production. The Regulation provides for the location and needed equipment for the evaporators. Any violation to the provisions of this Regulation will be penalized according to the Agricultural Law No. 44 of 2002.
