Abstract
This Regulation consists of 14 articles concerned with the licensing instructions and the organization of camel farms. Article 2 deals with terms and definitions. Article 4 states that the Minister of Agriculture is forming a committee concerned with the licensing and registration and monitoring of camel farms. Article 5 prohibits the establishment of any camel farm unless there are at least 50 meters away from the nearest farm for sheep and cattle. A new camel farm cannot be formed unless authorized by the Ministry (Art.8). Article 10 indicates conditions to be met to issue a permit for establishing a camel farm. Any violation to the provisions of this Regulation will be penalized according to Article 43 of the Agricultural Law No. 44 of 2002.
