Regulation No. (Z/12) of 2012 on licensing and regulation instructions on of fattening calves farms.

This Regulation provides for licensing issues and instructions on fattening calves farms. It is composed of 16 articles. Article 2 deals with terms and definitions . Article 4 states that a committee concerned with licensing will be established in every province. Every farm owner can establish new farms for breeding other animals and poultry on he same site without having to request a new license (Art. 7). Conditions for licensing of fattening calves farms are stated in Article 10. Any violation to the provisions of this Regulation will be penalized according to Agricultural Law No. 44 of 2002.
