Regulation No. Z/2 of 2013 on the registration, processing, preparation, importation, circulation and trading of pesticides.

This Regulation is composed of 5 Chapters divided into 83 articles. Chapter 1 defines some important technical terms. Chapter 2 deals with the registration of pesticides and the process to be followed. Chapter 3 defines requirements, conditions and measures for the authorization of the trade of pesticides. Chapter 4 provides for the production of pesticides , its preparation, and conditions for its processing for factories. Chapter 5 deals with the circulation and trade of pesticides. Chapter 6 sets forth some general provisions.
