Regulation No. (Z/4) of 2011 amending the Directive No. Z/32 of 2003 defining requirements and conditions for fertilizers and plant growing regulators.

This Regulation amends article 9 of the Directive No. Z/32 of 2003 defining requirements and conditions for fertilizers and plant growing regulators. Paragraph B of article 9 specifies requirements and conditions for the sale of fertilizers and plant growth regulators, and it should include all instructions of the fertilizers in English along with the Arabic mentioning the net weight as well as the registration number in the Ministry of Agriculture. Annex No. 3 is also amended giving more specifications on organic fertilizers , import, production and the required criteria .
