Regulation No.8 of 2015 on the administrative management system for the Ministry of Environment, issued under Article 120 of the Constitution.

This Regulation consisting of 8 articles aims at establishing the organizational structure of the Ministry of Environment. In consists of a. 11 Directorates, as follows: Licenses and pollution reduction; Inspection and environmental control; Monitoring and environmental assessment; Management of wastes and harmful substances; Natural protection; Climate change; Communication and environmental awareness; Policies and institutional development; Human resources and management; Financial affairs; and Environmental protection in the provinces.
This Regulation establishes a Planning and Follow-up Committee chaired by the Minister of the Environment aiming at developing and evaluating plans, programs and activities relating to the Ministry's work.
