Regulation on the transport,storage and display of food substances of 2011.

This Regulation sets forth the transport, storage and display of food. Article 2 provides for general provisions including some definitions. Article 3 deals with the conditions of the transport and storage of food, and related issues together with packaging procedures. Article 4 provides for the tasks entrusted to the health control clearance center in ensuring high quality food. Articles 6 and 7 are concerned with the transportation and storage of refrigerated food, and frozen food supply.
