Resolution No. 1/T of 1996 on the registration of concentrated feed, feed additives and ready compound feed, promulgated by paragraph (D) of article 138 of Law No. 20 of 1973 on agriculture.

This Resolution is composed of 16 articles: the import, export, production and circulation of concentrated feed, feed additives and ready compound feed is allowed only after a previous authorization and registration by the Ministry of Agriculture (art. 3); the registration request is to be presented to the Ministry of Agriculture in conformity with the form prepared by the Animal Feed Committee provided with the necessary documents indicated in article 6 (art. 4); the Ministry of Agriculture can revoke registration in the following cases: if the material is prohibited in the country of origin; if it is prohibited by an international organization; if the information regarding the material is incorrect or inexact; if it is not in conformity with the registration data (art. 15).
