Resolution No. 5 of 1996 regulating the exporter's workhouses of fresh fruits and vegetables, promulgated by paragraph A of article 7 and paragraph E of article 4 of Law 15 of 1987 on the Agricultural Marketing Organization.

This Resolution is composed of 8 articles: provisions shall be applied to working facilities of all workhouses involved in the import and export of fresh fruit and vegetables (art. 2); technical requirements for working facilities are given in article 3; labelling requirements for fruits and vegetable products - trademark, country of origin, type, weight, etc. are provided for in article 4; consignments must be conform with the Standardization and Metrology of the importing and exporting country (art. 5); violations of this Resolution will be punished by article 14 of Law No. 15 of 1987 (art. 8).
