Resolution No.(Z/24) of 2016 to identify perennial or rare trees, and wild plants threatened with extinction and ban their cutting, issued in accordance with Paragraph A of Article 34 of Agriculture Law No.13 of 2015 and its amendments.

This Resolution consisting of 5 articles defines plants and trees considered at risk of extinction due to environmental conditions or human intervention. Perennial forest trees are listed in art.3, while rare forest trees are listed in art.4. Penalties are set at art.34 of the Agriculture Law of 2015.
