Abstract
This decree consisting of 4 articles amends the Law establishing that all renewable energy and energy efficiency systems and devices will be subjected to the general sales tax rate of zero. The amendment confirms the necessity of issuing bylaws to respond to all issues pertaining to direct offers and application procedures.
