Abstract
This Regulation is composed of 5 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 defines annual fees and royalties for the issuance of licences for stone quarries, processed exported raw materials mining, unprocessed exported raw materials mining, local consumed raw materials mining, digging and drilling as well as for mining rights. Article 4 prohibits the exportation of stone materials without previous licences.
