Abstract
This Act aims to ensure fair competition among producers of livestock genetic resources. It provides for measures to prevent unfair competition related to livestock genetic resources and compensation for damages related to unfair competition.
The Act consists of 3 Chapters: General Provisions; Civil Measures; Penalties.
