Agricultural Cooperative Law of Japan.

This law aims at improvement of the agricultural productivity and the raising up of the position of farmers economicaly and socially, through facilitation of agricultural cooperative organization activity, and contribution to the development of national economy. The text consists of 6 chapters as follows : General Rules (1); Agricultural Cooperative Association and the Federation (2); Central Union of Agricultural Cooperative (3); Registration (4); Supervision (5); Penal Regulations (6).
