Abstract
This Act aims at promoting land measures for creating normal supply and demand relationships and reasonable land prices, and at securing proper land use.
The State and local public entities shall formulate Land Use Plans in order to ensure an intensive use of land, to control land transactions, to preserve a favourable environment in consideration of the characteristics of the area, etc. The National Land Council shall study matters concerning comprehensive and basic measures on land and basic matters on the use of national land.
