Abstract
The Cabinet Order implements the agricultural chemicals regulation Law establishing the amount of the fee to be paid for the registration by the manufacturer and importer of agricultural chemicals. Further the area where the use of agricultural chemicals shall be controlled is established, in this area permission shall be obtained. Such prevision will be limited to areas where it is recognised to be reasonable to control the use of chemicals by considering the geographical conditions of the area such as the distance from the water and the possible damage of the aquatic fauna and man (art. 5).
