Abstract
The Regulation implements Article 7 of the Law for the preservation of Lake Water quality setting out the standards for pollution loads. Further, the Regulation provides for the reports to be submitted to the competent authority concerning the installation, modification and succession of the designated facilities (Article 7 to 9).(13 Articles)
