Law on Provisional Measures relating to the Fishing Zone, 1977 (No. 32 of 1977).

This Law consists of 22 articles and supplementary provisions, prescribing rules, inter alia, for: (a) Licences for foreign fishing (arts. 6-7); (b) fishing fees (art. 8); (c) approval of catching or taking of marine animals or plants for research purposes (art. 9); (d) conservation and management of anadromous species (art. 12); (e) delegation of regulatory powers (arts. 13-15); (f) penal provisions (arts. 17-21). The supplementary provisions partially amend the Law on Regulation of Fisheries of Foreigners (Law No. 60 of 1967).
