Ministerial Ordinance on the Permission, Regulation, etc. of Designated Fisheries (No. 5).

The present Ordinance provides for the permission, regulation of designated fisheries. Article 4 establishes that with regard to the Designated Fisheries of paragraph (1) of article 52 of the Act, each applicant for the permission of the same paragraph shall submit a written application pursuant to Appended Form 1 for each Designated Fishery and for each ship (each mother ship and each independent boat, etc. in the case of a Mother Ship Type Fishery; hereinafter the same shall apply) to the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries together with the documents listed in this section. The text consists of 109 articles divided into 5 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Permission of a Designated Fishery and Approval of Starting a Business (III); Miscellaneous Provisions (IV); Penal provisions (V).
