Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Ordinance No. 36 enforcing Regulations on Enforcement of Feed Safety and Quality Improvement.

The uses specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Ensuring Feed Safety and Improving Quality shall be as follows: 1. prevention of deterioration of the quality of the feed Supplementation of nutrients and other active ingredients; 2. Promotion of effective use of nutrients contained; 3. Similar to awards other than sales to unspecified or many people. The Center shall verify the tested article in accordance with the authorized method and notify the examinee of the result. If the specified feed has passed the test, the Center shall attach a certificate in accordance with Separate Form No. 5 to the container or packaging of the specified feed that has passed the test. However, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Upon approval, a certificate of acceptance according to Form 6 may be attached to each lot manufacturer.
