In accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Veterinarian Law, a person who intends to obtain a veterinarian's license shall attach the following documents to the application form (first form), register license tax and fee of revenue stamp equivalent to the amount must be submitted to the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
