Abstract
This Cabinet Order is established to implement the the Air Pollution Control Act (Act No. 97 of 1968).
The harmfu substances specified by Cabinet Order that are referred to in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Air Pollution Control Act are the following substances: (i)cadmium and its compounds; (ii)chlorine and hydrogen chloride; (iii)fluorine, hydrogen fluoride, and silicon fluoride; (iv)lead and its compounds; (v)nitrogen oxides.
The units requiring emissions control that are referred to in Article 18-37 of the Act are the units set forth in Appended Table 4-2. Article 12 deals with the reporting and inspections.
