Abstract
This Order specifies some detailed information regarding the enforcement of the Nature Conservation Act in Japan. It covers various aspects such as the minimum size of nature conservation areas, qualifications and authority of nature conservation regulating officers, and facilities required for conservation in wilderness areas. According to the Order, the minimum size of nature conservation areas is specified based on different criteria.
