Ordinance for Enforcement of Act on the Protection of Fishery Resources.

This Ordinance aims at enforcing the Act on the Protection of Fishery Resources. Diseases that subjects for import quarantine specified in the ministerial ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, prescribed in Paragraph 1, Article 13-2 of the Act on the Protection of Fishery Resources, are the infectious diseases listed respectively in the columns in the attached table in accordance with the types of Aquatic animals listed in the top columns of the table.
