Ordinance No. 1 enforcing the Act on Promoting the Distribution and Use of Legally Harvested Wood.

This Ordinance, consisting of 22 articles establishes the requirements to be met for enforcing the Act on Promoting the Distribution and Use of Legally Harvested Wood. In addition, it lays down registration requirements in the Registry Implementation Agency, who may issue a public notice of Wood-Related Business Operator, and any other forestry activity to be registered. Any business operator must submit a written application stating the following matters to the competent minister: name and address of the applicant; in case of a judicial person, the name of its representative; Location of the office where Registration Implementation Affairs will be conducted; Date when Registration Implementation Affairs will be started; and Subject of the Registration Implementation Affairs.
