Abstract
These Regulations are developed for the enforcement of the Act on Price Adjustment of Sugar and Starch.
The Regulations consist of 53 Articles. The Regulations make provisions, inter alia, for: Standards for isomerized sugar, Application for grant of sweet resource crop grant, Application for domestically produced potato starch subsidy, Management improvement plan for target domestic potato starch manufacturers, Standards for facilities manufacturing domestically produced potato starch.
