Technical Criteria of Certification of Production Process Mangement Director Concerning the Organic Agricultural Products (Notification No. 819).

The technical criteria concern the production and certification of organic agricultural products and consists of 5 Parts; Facilities related to production and storage (1); Excecution methods for management and grasp of production process (II); Qualification and number of persons in charge of mangement and grasp of production process (III); Excecution method for the grading (IV) and Qualification and number of persons in charge of grading (V).
The management of the production process is based on the internal regulations and records of management and shall be retained for 3 years after their drafting. There are provisions relating to the relevant experience and qualifications required for production process mangement staff and the production management director. The criteria also state the need for the preparation of grading regulations as well as the relevant qualifications required for grading staff.
