Abstract
The Law provides for the establishment of the Water Resources Development Public Corporation as a juridical person. This public body shall be responsible for the implementation of projects under the basic plan for the development of water resources provided for in Law No. 217 of 1961. Specifically the Corporation shall construct, operate and maintain waterworks made under the basic plan and other works specified in article 18. The 61 articles are divided into 8 Chapters.
