This case concerns an application for an injunction against the respondents to restrain them from continuing any more construction on a road.

The restraining order was granted and applied to those respondents that had not been able to produce to the court an EIA Licence that was issued from NEMA. The report had to contain measures also regarding public safety, noise and air pollution.
