Abstract
These Rules designate the farms of the Agricultural Development Corporation described in the Schedule to these Rules as special farms for the agricultural purposes specified in relation to each of the farms and provide that no such farm shall be sold, subdivided, transferred or otherwise disposed of without the prior approval by way of a Bill of Motion to be approved by Parliament. Transactions that are not approved shall be null and void.
