Agricultural Produce (Export) (Mangoes) Rules (L.N. No. 596 of 196?)

These Rules lay down quality and packing of standards for mangoes intended for exportation and inspection of mangoes intended for exportation. Except where otherwise stated, the Rules shall apply to all mangoes intended for export except green mangoes not intended for consumption as fresh fruit. The Rules also prescribe varieties for exportation. No person shall export mangoes except fruits, true to variety, of prescribed varieties.
