Capital Markets (Coffee Exchange) (Fees) Regulations, Legal Notice no. 9 of 2025

These Regulations, made under powers conferred by section 12 (1) (ka) of the Capital Markets Act, provide for defining the maximum fees payable for coffee sold at a coffee exchange; the annual membership fees payable by members of a coffee exchange. The Regulations concern: coffee sales proceeds; direct settlement system; coffee exchange; transaction fees; membership fees.
