Coffee (Application Fees) Rules, 2002 (L.N. No. 384 of 2002).

These Rules, made by under of the Coffee Act, 2001, prescribe a fee payable to the Board for licences issued under section 18 of the Act and a fee for a registration certificate, the provisions of section 23 (3) and 24 (4) of the Act notwithstanding.
