Coffee (Growers Levy) Order, 2002 (L.N. No. 383 of 2002).

This Order, made under the Coffee Act, 2001, imposes a levy, described in section 33 of the Act as a grower’s ad valorem levy, based on the gross sales of all clean coffee sold by each marketing agent on behalf of a grower. It also provides how the levy shall be remitted.
