Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Coffee Board, prescribe, for purposes of section 21 of the Coffee Act, 2001, particulars to be supplied by: (a) a small holder grower; or (b) a plantation grower, in the application form for registration under the Act. The form of application is set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
