Declaration of Articles as Agricultural Produce or Products.

The Minister for Agriculture declares the articles listed in the Schedule to this Declaration to be agricultural produce for the purposes of the Agricultural Produce (Export) Act. The articles listed include, among other things all plants and their products as specified in the First, Second and Third Schedules to the Plant Protection Act, tea as defined in the Tea Act, wheat bran and products and wheat flour and products as defined in National Cereals and Produce Board Act, horticultural produce other than those already declared to be articles and as defined in the Horticultural Crops Development Authority Order,1995, fish meal and various foodstuffs.
