Declaration regarding closed seasons for game birds under the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) Act, 1976 (Cap. 376).

This Declaration of the Director of Kenya Wildlife Service, made undersection 38 of the Wildlife (Conservation and Management) Act, 1976, prescribes that no game bird specified in the first column of the Schedule to the Declaration shall be hunted and shot during the periods specified in the second column of the Schedule.
