Rules to regulate and restrict the fishing for oysters in Kenya. A licence obtained under article 3 shall be for a specific area or specific areas included in the licence. The Fisheries Officer may for purposes of conservation at discretion cancel licences or amend or delete areas included in the licence (art. 4).
