Abstract
"No person shall kill or take fish in - (a) the Athi River at any point between its source and its junction with the Tsavo River; or (b) the Thika River at any point between its source and its junction with the Tana River, by netting, trapping, poison or explosives (rule 2). Persons who contravene any provision of this rule shall be liable to a fine or imprisonment (rule 3) and gear used may be confiscated (rule 4). (4 rules)
