Abstract
These rules shall apply to the forest areas specified in rule 1. Within a forest area no person shall cut or remove any tree without a permission of a forest officer (rule 2). Africans from the Kwale district may make other specified use of the forests without any charge or permit (rule 3). (4 rules)
