Abstract
These Rules shall apply to forest areas specified in the Second Schedule. Rule 3 specifies the rights of indigenous natives of the Meru land Unit with respect to the proclaimed forest areas. The Schedules describe stock routes and watering places which may be used for cattle and Forest Areas. (10 rules completed by 2 Schedules)
